2.2 Service Booking & Payments● All services must be booked in advance through our website or direct communication.● Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.● Payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options.
2.3 Cancellations & Rescheduling● Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for rescheduling at no extra cost.● Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment or missed appointments will be charged in full and are non-refundable.● In Tune Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or rescheduled appointment.
2.4 No-Show PolicyIf a client does not show up for a scheduled service without prior notice, no refunds or rescheduling options will be provided.

3.3 Refund & Return Policy● All sales are final due to the nature of our products.● Refunds will only be issued if the product is damaged upon arrival.● If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.● Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement or store credit, but no cash refunds will be issued.
4. No Refund Policy for Services
At In Tune Inc, we are committed to providing the highest level of professional care through holistic services that include but are not limited to consultations, Reiki, emotional release, past life regression, spiritual guidance, hypnosis, nutritional planning, QHHT, and educational courses. Our mission is to help individuals address the root causes of their challenges—emotionally, physically, and spiritually—by offering tools, guidance, and healing support.
Due to the nature of our services and the personal responsibility required in the healing process, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all services rendered.
4.1 NO REFUND POLICY – TERMS AND CONDITIONSAll Sales Are FinalOnce a service has been scheduled, rendered, or delivered (in whole or in part), no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes individual sessions, packages, programs, workshops, digital classes, or consultations.
Client Responsibility and ParticipationOur work provides guidance, energy alignment, emotional clearing, and spiritual support. However, true healing and progress require the client’s full commitment, inner work, and willingness to change.If a client is unable to perform at their highest potential or complete the recommended inner work, this is not a reflection of the service provider or the effectiveness of the service. It is a reflection of where the client is on their personal healing journey.
Spiritual and Emotional ProcessingHealing is a layered and ongoing process, especially when addressing deep-rooted spiritual, emotional, and energetic imbalances. Results may take time, and shifts may occur internally before being visible externally. Lack of immediate or expected results does not warrant a refund.
Non-TransferabilityServices purchased are non-transferable unless approved in writing by In Tune Inc. Any exceptions made are strictly at our discretion.
4.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty.
Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited without refund.
Course and Program PoliciesDigital courses, written lectures, and educational content are delivered upon purchase. As such, access to these resources is final and non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for failure to complete or engage with the material.

You accept that healing outcomes are your personal responsibility.
You will not dispute payments, file chargebacks, or seek refunds based on dissatisfaction due to unmet personal expectations or lack of personal progress.
5. Shipping Policy4.1 Order Processing & Shipping Times● Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).● Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.
4.2 International ShippingIn Tune Inc. offers worldwide shipping. However, customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, and import taxes imposed by their country.International delivery times vary and may be subject to customs delays.

However, it is important to understand that no service provided guarantees any specific outcome or result. Every individual is unique, and the effectiveness of any service depends on the client’s personal readiness, openness, environment, and timing within their own healing and developmental journey. All outcomes are influenced by the client’s space, time, and individual path, and results may vary significantly from person to person. By engaging with our services, clients acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their personal growth and healing process.
In addition, the practitioner reserves the right to withdraw or discontinue services at any time if the client fails to follow the agreed-upon guidelines for a session. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where the client arrives under the influence of alcohol or heavy drugs, or behaves in a way that disrupts the integrity, safety, or purpose of the session. Respect for the healing space and process is essential for effective work.
